Alligator Energy is a strategically uranium focussed project development and exploration group with clear pathways demonstrated for approval and development through its multi jurisdictional portfolio.

The Company’s key uranium assets comprise:

  • Samphire Uranium Project – Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resource Estimated of 17.5Mlbs U3O8 amenable to ISR – Advancement through resource upgrade, extension, field recovery trial and based on outcomes a mining lease approval
  • Alligator Rivers – Extensive licence holdings in Australia’s premier high-grade uranium district. Newly granted tenement package with exploration potential adjacent existing high-grade intersections. Caramal resource – 6.5Mlb at 0.31% U3O8
  • Big Lake Uranium – Exploration targeting discovery of a new ISR field – Airborne EM geophysics recently completed

Effective from 1 January 2024, Alligator’s uranium sales and marketing agency arrangements were transferred from Traxys North America (Traxys) to Sabasco Ventures LLC, a company controlled by Kevin Smith – the principal uranium trader for Traxys. Kevin’s consulting role with Alligator under the new arrangement has been expanded to include investor relations and business development. He will also be continuing his uranium and energy minerals trading role for Traxys as a consultant.

In addition, the Company has a significant interest in the Piedmont Project in Northern Italy which contains multiple historic Ni Co Cu mines with notable Au & PGE credits.  Alligator is currently pursuing a number of strategic partnership discussions given the increased appetite in Europe for home-grown critical minerals supply.
