Samphire Uranium Ltd (SUL)
In October 2020 Alligator Energy acquired the Samphire Project from Samphire Uranium Limited (SUL) by means of a share issue. The shares acquired by SUL were then distributed through an in-specie distribution resulting in SUL shareholders obtaining an interest in Alligator Energy. SUL was subsequently liquidated and consequently information relating to the transaction and the last two Annual Reports for the Company can be found below.
