Daniel Lougher

Non-Executive Director

Mr Lougher is an experiences resources executive with more than 40 years of experience spanning exploration, feasibility, project development, operations and corporate leadership. He is best known for his long tenure as Managing Director and CEO of Western Areas Limited, where he led the company’s transformation into a leading independent Australian nickel producer prior to its acquisition by IGO Limited in 2022. Most recently, Mr Lougher served as Managing Director and CEO of St Barbara Limited, bringing deep operational and capital markets expertise to a multi asset gold producer.

Mr Lougher is currently a Non-Executive Director at Perseus Mining Limited (ASX: PRU) and Non-Executive Chair of American West Limited (ASX: AW1).
