The Company has appointed: • Mr R Blayney Morgan as interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr Morgan is a Director of Rhopa Consulting & Advisory Pty Ltd (Rhopa). Prior to founding Rhopa, he was an audit partner at SW Accountants & Advisors. • Mr Jake van der Hoek as Company Secretary. He is a Director with HLB Mann Judd. Mr van der Hoek is an experienced corporate governance professional. Mr van der Hoek will be the person appointed under ASX Listing Rule 12.6 to be responsible for communication with ASX in relation to ASX Listing Rule matters. These appointments are effective immediately. The Board wishes to thank Mr Sutanto for his contribution to the Company and advises that Mr Sutanto will remain with the Company until 31 August 2026 to ensure a smooth transition.
