Advancing Samphire towards becoming Australia’s next ISR uranium producer.

South Australia is one of the world’s most established uranium mining regions, with a proven approvals pathway and excellent infrastructure. Samphire benefits from regulatory certainty, strong environmental oversight, and proximity to Whyalla’s skilled workforce and engineering capability.

Alligator is transitioning from explorer to developer, with the Field Recovery Trial now under construction following full regulatory approval. The trial provides the final technical validation needed for feasibility studies and a future production decision, delivering meaningful near-term milestones.

Samphire’s shallow, permeable host sands and favourable hydrogeology support a low-impact, low-cost In-Situ Recovery operation. Updated studies demonstrate strong project economics and a streamlined development profile, positioning Samphire competitively within the global uranium supply landscape.

Significant upside exists beyond the current 18 Mlbs resource, with large areas of the Samphire palaeochannel system still untested and follow-up drilling planned at Plumbush. The Big Lake Project adds further long-term potential, with early drilling confirming ISR-style uranium in a new emerging province.

The Field Recovery Trial is the final stage of technical validation ahead of the Definitive Feasibility Study. Construction is scheduled for completion in late 2025, with first recovery results expected in Q1 2026. Trial data will provide the essential ISR parameters for wellfield design, chemical performance, hydrogeology, and environmental baseline confirmation.

With uranium markets tightening and utilities returning to long-term contracting, new low-cost supply from stable jurisdictions is increasingly in demand. Alligator is well positioned to supply into this strengthening market as Samphire advances toward production later this decade.
