Samphire Field Recovery Trial results, Mullaquana drilling extends mineralisation
and $17.1 million capital raising strengthens balance sheet
Alligator Energy Limited (Alligator, the Company or ASX:AGE) presents its quarterly activities report and
Appendix 5B quarterly cash flow report for the quarter ended 30 September 2026. All amounts are in Australian
dollars unless stated otherwise.
Highlights
• Drilling commenced on the Mullaquana Crown Lease in early July 20261, with the c. 250-hole program
intersecting uranium mineralisation c. 700 m south of previous drilling2 and subsequent drilling extending
the trend to c. 1.3 km, as reported on 7 October 20263.
• Blackbush and Plumbush infill drilling, with the aim of improving resource quality:
o at Blackbush, results for 108 delineation holes drilled since the last Mineral Resource Estimate were
reported, with drill spacing as close as 25 m × 25 m; and
o at Plumbush, 62 drill holes, the first at the deposit since 2011, returned results consistent with the
Inferred Mineral Resource, with the aim of converting it to Indicated.
• Samphire Field Recovery Trial results reported4, with uranium leached, captured by ion exchange and
eluted from both test well patterns, including Pattern 2 in the lower-grade margin of Blackbush. Results are
being incorporated into the Samphire Feasibility Study.
• Big Lake drilling intersected further uranium mineralisation at Site 10 associated with a roll-front redox
boundary, with similar oxidised and reduced sands intersected 6 km to the south5.
• $18.7 million in cash inflows during the quarter: $15.9 million from the $17.1 million (before costs) capital
raising at $0.045 per share, comprising a $15 million placement to institutional and sophisticated investors
and a $2.1 million Share Purchase Plan; $1.75 million in final escrowed proceeds from the divestment of
the Northern Territory uranium assets to DevEx Resources Limited; and $1.05 million in R&D Tax Incentive

MD & CEO Statement
Commenting on the September 2026 quarter, Alligator’s MD & CEO, Dr Andrea Marsland-Smith, said:
The September quarter was one of strong delivery for Alligator. Securing access to the Mullaquana Crown
Lease for extensional drilling is proving that significant uranium mineralisation exists well south of the known
extent of Blackbush, with infill drilling at Plumbush reinforcing the June Mineral Resource upgrade. At Big Lake,
drilling at Site 10 has given us a clearer picture of the roll-front system and its potential scale.

The Samphire Field Recovery Trial results have provided us with the information needed for the Feasibility
Study engineering studies.
The strong support for our capital raising from institutional, high-net-worth and existing investors, together with
receipt of the final escrowed Northern Territory sale proceeds and our R&D Tax Incentive refund, brought in
$18.7 million in cash inflows during the quarter. This places Alligator in a stronger position to expand the
Samphire resource base, progress the Mining Lease Application and Feasibility Study.
Samphire Uranium Project
About the Project
Samphire Uranium Project has a combined Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resource of 30 Mlb U3O8,
comprising 18 Mlb U3O8 at Blackbush6 and 12 Mlb U3O8 at Plumbush7 (Appendix 1).
Samphire has an Exploration Target of 10-35 Mlb U3O8 (13-26 Mt at 332-922 ppm U3O8) across the Blackbush
extensions and the North-eastern and Eastern Channels, excluding the Blackbush and Plumbush Mineral
Resources8.
The potential quantity and grade of the Exploration Target is conceptual in nature. There has been insufficient
exploration to estimate a Mineral Resource for the areas covered by the Exploration Target, and it is uncertain
if further exploration will result in the estimation of a Mineral Resource in those areas.
The Blackbush-Plumbush Corridor is located on the Mullaquana Crown Lease and is the area between the
Blackbush and Plumbush deposits. The distance between the closest edge of the two deposits is
approximately 3 km.
Drilling commenced on the Blackbush-Plumbush Corridor in early July 2026, marking the first exploration
activity in the area since 2011. The c. 250-hole program, running from July to December 20269, targets growth
of the Mineral Resource by:
• testing the Blackbush-Plumbush Corridor; and
• infill drilling the Blackbush and Plumbush deposits to improve resource quality (Figure 1).
Two rigs are operating on a continuous day-shift basis, with 122 holes for more than 12,500 m reported for the
program as at 7 October 2026.

7 ASX Release 19 Jun 2026 - Samphire Resource Increases By 67%, https://alligatorenergy.com.au/announcements/7591585
8 ASX Release 7 Dec 2023 - Significant Exploration Target Range Established - Samphire,
https://alligatorenergy.com.au/announcements/5456269
The range excludes the Plumbush target area, now a Mineral Resource, and was estimated in accordance with Clause 17 of the JORC
Code. The potential quantity and grade of the Exploration Target is conceptual in nature. There has been insufficient exploration to
estimate a Mineral Resource for the areas covered by the Exploration Target, and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the
estimation of a Mineral Resource in those areas.
9 Expected final drill hole number has been revised from c. 300 to c. 250 due to challenging drilling conditions.

Activities During the Period
Blackbush-Plumbush Corridor
Drilling on newly accessible ground successfully extended known uranium mineralisation c. 700 m south of
previous drilling. Further drilling, reported on 7 October 2026, intersected mineralisation within Kanaka bed
sand units further south, extending the trend to c. 1.3 km. These results demonstrate continuation of the
mineralised system beyond the current Mineral Resource footprint and support the potential for future Mineral
Resource growth. Significant intercepts include:
• BBRM26-482: 5.0 m at 0.13% (1,299 ppm) eU3O8 from 63.6 m (GT 6,495 m.ppm)
• BBRM26-484: 2.4 m at 0.20% (2,025 ppm) eU3O8 from 61.0 m (GT 4,818 m.ppm)
• BBRM26-590: 5.2 m at 0.15% (1,498 ppm) eU3O8 from 64.7 m (GT 7,820 m.ppm)
• BBRM26-592: 6.6 m at 0.12% (1,245 ppm) eU3O8 from 62.7 m (GT 8,214 m.ppm)
Infill Drilling
The infill drilling program should improve the quality of the Mineral Resources.
• At Blackbush, the 28 July 2026 release reported 108 delineation holes drilled within the existing Mineral
Resource area since the last Mineral Resource Estimate, at spacings as close as 25 m × 25 m, with results
correlating well with the current Mineral Resource model.
• At Plumbush, in the first drilling at the deposit since 2011, results from the 62 holes reported across the 28
July and 7 October 2026 releases correlate well with the historical drilling.

Drilling is planned to continue until late in the December 2026 quarter, with results to be incorporated into the
planned Samphire Mineral Resource update in Q4 FY2027.
Field Recovery Trial
Results of the Samphire Field Recovery Trial were reported on 28 July 2026. Uranium was leached by in-situ
recovery (ISR) from two test well patterns and subsequently captured by resin ion exchange and eluted,
stripped, recovering uranium through the complete process flow sheet under field conditions and providing
inputs to the Feasibility Study.
Pattern 1, which is representative of the areas of the Blackbush deposit targeted for future wellfield
development, was reported during the June quarter10. It achieved c. 70% uranium recovery at c. 70 pore
volume exchanges (PVE), with flow rates and pregnant liquor grades in line with ISR industry benchmarks.

Pattern 2 tested a lower-grade, lower-permeability area at the margin of the Blackbush deposit. It reached c.
17% recovery after 15 PVE over 54 days, a trend which, if extrapolated, would be consistent with reaching c.
70% by c. 70 PVE.

Feasibility Study
The Feasibility Study continued during the quarter. Field Recovery Trial results are being incorporated into its
design criteria and the next stage of wellfield planning, and delineation drilling at Blackbush is supporting
detailed mine planning. In accordance with Listing Rule 5.3.2, there were no substantive mining production
and development activities during the quarter.
Big Lake Uranium Project
Thirty-three aircore holes for 4,112 m had been completed as at the 24 August 2026 update as part of the
2026 drilling program at the Big Lake Uranium Project (Big Lake) in South Australia’s Lake Eyre Basin. Follow-
up drilling west and north-west of Site 10 intersected further uranium mineralisation associated with the
interpreted redox boundary between oxidised and reduced sands, supporting the interpretation that the 2024
discovery forms part of a larger roll-front system 75-120 m below surface.
Key intercepts, reported above a 100 ppm eU3O8 cut-off, include 1.9 m at 0.032% (320 ppm) eU3O8 from 100.9
m in AC26-009 and 1.0 m at 0.018% (180 ppm) eU3O8 from 98.1 m in AC26-006. Regional drilling 6 km south
of Site 10 intersected similar oxidised and reduced sands at comparable depths, and the prospective host
formation remains open to the south-east and is interpreted from seismic data to extend a further c. 12 km.
Further drilling at Site 10 and across the central area of EL6367, and a heritage survey for access to new
prospective areas across the wider tenement portfolio, are planned. Results from the final 33 holes of the 2026
program are expected to be announced in November 2026.
EnviroCopper Limited (15.6% interest)
